Team Hotel & Travel Package Policy

・Why SENKO CUP Uses a Designated Team Hotel

The designated team hotel for SENKO CUP is selected by the tournament organizers in Japan for operational reasons rather than convenience or luxury.

All players are transported to and from tournament venues on a fixed schedule. Allowing players to stay at different hotels may increase the risk of late arrivals, missed transportation, scheduling issues, and tournament delays.

As part of the Team USA program, using one designated hotel also allows for more efficient communication, daily schedule management, team meetings, emergency coordination, and player accountability.

The SENKO CUP Japan trip is structured as a Team USA international competition program, not an individual vacation package. Operational reliability takes priority over individual accommodation preferences.

・Family Accommodation Policy

Players participating as Team USA members are expected to stay at the designated team hotel and participate in the official travel program.

Family members are also encouraged to stay within the official program whenever possible, since transportation, meals, schedules, and overall trip logistics are coordinated around the group. Alternative accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but they are not the standard option.

・Family Package Policy

The Family Package is not simply a hotel reservation.

It is a coordinated travel program that includes accommodations, meals, airport transfers, tournament-related transportation, participation logistics, team activities, general trip coordination, and communication support throughout the trip.

・Medical Interpretation Policy

SENKO CUP USA does not provide medical interpretation services.

Participants who may require medical interpretation services are responsible for arranging those services independently.

Detailed participation guidelines, payment terms, and team policies will be provided separately to confirmed players and families.
Participation is subject to acceptance of all official rules and policies.
